We wait 24 hours after your order before processing it. This is to allow you to make any changes to your order (if required).



Tracking numbers are usually available 3-5 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2-5 working days to show the correct location of your package.

DELIVERY TIME

We will do our best to limit it to 25-45 days delivery to the USA and the rest of the world. In most cases, orders within the USA normally take 15-30 business days to arrive.

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

- High season

- Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- An order which requires customization.

- An order is shipped to remote country.
